Rapid Rescore Your Way To Mortgage Bliss

Love the house, but hate the payment. It's a common theme in today's real estate marketplace. To say it in another wayyou would love to buy your dream house but can't afford such a high payment. And for some, 'we're already in this house and HELP! We can't afford this payment!' Many wonder: is it possible for you to have your cake and eat it too? Is it possible to own your dream home and have an affordable mortgage payment? If the stumbling block is a problem with your credit report, then I'll answer for you with an enthusiastic 'Yes'. For those searching for the key that opens the door of equilibrium between house and payment, please allow me to share with you an elixir of sorts. Sadly though, till now it's been a lonely bottle that goes unnoticed, gathering dust on the shelf of nearly every mortgage company in the United States - strange because the contents of this proverbial bottle have the power to restore your credit rating in an instant, thereby lowering your interest rate and mortgage payment to a comfortable level. Perhaps this article will change some of that and give credit where credit is due. And now without further ado, may I introduce the Rapid Rescore.

Did I just say 'may I introduce the rapid rescore'? This really isn't the introduction of the rapid rescore. The Rapid Rescore has been in existence and available as a credit repair tool for a number of years. Today, I'm going to shine the spotlight on the underutilization of the Rapid Rescore, in the hopes of elevating this unsung hero to an appropriate status in the mortgage industry. Let me begin with the results of today's Google search for the term 'mortgage', 305,000,000. And my friends, how many results did Google offer for 'rapid rescore'? Not 6,750,000, not 675,000, not 67,500, not 6,750 but a mere 675. Google actually asked me if I was looking for 'rapid restore' instead. Do you see a problem with this? I do. Here's why'

Time and time again, credit scores fall just below a mark. For example, a borrower may have a 678 score and the program calls for a 680. As a result, the overwhelming majority of Loan Officers would put that borrower into the wrong loan program that carries an interest rate perhaps a percent or more higher than the 680 program. This results in a higher monthly payment and in many cases, a payment that the borrower can't afford. This should not be. Why? Because the Rapid Rescore can counter this problem and in seventy-two hours increase that credit score by the necessary amount.

The problem is that while many Loan Officers have heard of the Rapid Rescore, few understand the dynamics of how factors impact credit reports and credit scores, and as a result, they are reluctant to suggest a Rapid Rescore to a client. They fear because of their lack of knowledge. In their defense, doing nothing is the right move. After all, would you want a doctor performing surgery without proper training? My contention is that a doctor should first finish medical school. Unfortunately, many Loan Officers are not students of this industry and have relegated their duties to running a credit report to inform you, the borrower, that your score is ### and the rate is ### and have a nice day.

Fear not, my friends, there are truly some in this industry that understand the Rapid Rescore and finding them is like finding fine gold. More importantly, the fact that you're reading this article shows you have a zeal for credit empowerment. Let this zeal be your encouragement in bridging the gap of knowledge with regards to your own credit report and further enable you to heal yourself - rather than having to rely on an unskilled Loan Officer. Given all of this information and the current lack of understanding of the Rapid Rescore among so-called mortgage professionals, I am still able to conclude on a positive note. There were, after all, 675 that eked out of 305M in Google's search for 'rapid rescore' and for now at least, I will see the glass .000002% full instead of 99.999998% empty.
