Budget Cuts in Government Recommendations

Author: Lance Winslow

Well it is time to cut out some fat in our government and we must do this now. The best way to reduce government waste is to look at the worst performing agencies, which have no possible way to fix themselves. One such agency is the Federal Trade Commission, which was suppose to curb SPAM. Of course they were unable to do this because; well because they cannot do anything right. They lie in secret courts, make up complaints and PR themselves into the lime light, but at the end of the day they are still the incompetent agency that they are. Which is great for another bureaucracy in the BLOB of Washington D.C. waste, but we can no longer afford such incompetence so we must cut our losses.

I propose a budget cut of the United States of Americas Department of Justices Federal Trade Commissions Consumer Protection Division by two-thirds and a reduction of their Anti-SPAM Group by 100% as they have failed to do anything but define SPAM and identify the problems. Further I recommend that the over all FTC be reduced by fifty percent this year and fifty percent of what is left by the following year and continue that pace until the year 2010 and by that year, completely eliminate that worthless agency from the face of the planet and deny any pension contribution from former employees. Do it.
