The fourth reason was about the fabrics. Lets be honest, there is nothing flattering about wearing stretchy fabrics that used to be popular in the sixties. Also, the fabrics that are often available seem to usually be either itchy or make you feel hot with perspiration.

The fifth and last reason was comfort. It always seems to me that people assume that plus size clothing is automatically comfortable because of its size. Wrong! On several occasions, I was frustrated by the lace, the sequins, the elastics or the low cut neckline.
